Our motto would be "anything less than our best is a failure".  Every employee is expected to give his or her best.  Every employee is expected to have an attitude of service towards the customer.  We are fortunate to sale the entire model lineup: yaris, corolla, camry,matrix, venza, reg cab or extended cab tacoma, 2wheel or 4 wheel drive, regular cab, double cab or crew max tundra also in 2 or 4 wheel drive, sequoia, highlander, 4runner.  Our employees  they embrace the same philosophy as Toyota Motor Corporation. 

In fact Toyota Motor Corporation is managed by a philosophy called "Kaizen". "Kaizen" means "continuous improvement". Kaizen strategy calls for never-ending efforts for improvement involving everyone in the organization - managers and workers alike.
